Q:Is parking available?
A:There is no parking at the venue. Please use public transportation.
Q:I will be attending in a wheelchair.

Q:Are there wheelchair accessible restrooms?
A:Yes, there is one in the venue. Please talk to staff on site for details.
Q:Will I be able to keep my belongings somewhere at the show?
A:There are no coin lockers in the venue, please use our cloak service (\500) outside the venue.
※You will not be able to take things in and out of cloakroom.
Q:Are there umbrella holders at the venue?
A:We plan to set up umbrella holders at the entrance but the organizer is not liable for any stolen or damaged items.
Q:I want to give the band members a present.
A:Gift boxes will be set up at the venue where you can leave your presents.
Q:Is there a place to keep my stroller?
A:Please refrain from bringing strollers to the venue.
Q:Is there a nursing room?
A:No.
Q:Is there a place to change diapers?
A:No.
Q:Is there daycare service?
A:No.

A:There are concessions.
Q:Can I bring bottles or cans in to the venue?
A:Food and beverages are prohibited in the venue.
Q:Can I buy alcohol at the venue?
A:Yes.

Q:Do I enter in the order of my ticket order number?
A:You will line up according to the order number listed on your ticket and then enter the venue.
Q:I forgot/lost something at the venue.
A:Please contact the venue (011-581-1972) for any inquiries regarding lost and found after show day.
